Cancellation & Refund Policy for Amaifoods

At Amaifoods (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to provide high-quality food products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation

Pre-Delivery Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us with your order details.

Note: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Returns & Refunds

Post-Delivery Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product is expired or not as described

You must request a return within 24–48 hours of delivery.


3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests if conditions are not met

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items purchased under special offers or discounts (if specified)

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Note: Shipping charges may not be refunded unless the issue is from our side.


6. Replacement / Exchange

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability)
  • Replacement requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Replacement delivery may take 5–7 working days

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider
  • Then contact us with your order details for assistance

8. Deductions (If Applicable)

  • In certain cases, shipping charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund
  • This will be clearly communicated during the refund process

9. Legal Compliance

As per Indian consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a refund if products are:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Not as described
  • Delivered late or incorrectly
